  2. Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and cash. If you need to cancel your reservation, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

  3. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  4. Liability: Skyfall Limousines is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, or for any injuries sustained during the journey. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a threat to the safety of our drivers or other passengers.

  5. Conduct: We expect our customers to behave in a respectful and courteous manner at all times. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or offensive may result in the termination of the journey and the forfeiture of any payments made.

  6. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Skyfall Limousines reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

  7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
